Air conditioning is available in the open-plan living area (sofa, TV, dining area) and both bedrooms. A washing machine, high chair, and elevator access are provided. Outside, you will find a breakfast terrace on the same level overlooking the garden with pool area, and access to your private rooftop terrace with comfortable seating, sun loungers, lake view, and a whirlpool, available from May 1 to September 30 and can be used upon request for an extra fee. The terrace is accessible via a spiral staircase. There are 2 communal outdoor pools (open May 1 – September 30) with outdoor shower. Four white sun loungers are reserved for you in the underground garage. A large, lockable underground parking space is available for 1 large car, motorcycle, and sports equipment.
